OUR BACKGROUND
How We Got Our Start
Carrizales Land Surveying (CLS) had its conception in April of 2018. While new on the scene as a company, founder, Manuel "Manny" Carrizales is no stranger to the surveying community. He is well known and respected by his peers of Professional Surveyors throughout all of Texas. Having gotten his start in the industry after having served in the U.S. Army for five years, Manny started working for civil engineering companies since 1997. His exposure to field surveying and engineering design and drafting has given him a well rounded perspective on a diversity of projects. Now, having received his Bachelor's of Science in Engineering degree from University of Texas Pan American in 2006, he has earned his Texas Land Surveyor's Registration. He has trained some of the finest technicians that are now part of his team to serve the community.

We know that mistakes can cost lots of time and money to our clients, so we make sure that we implement and follow quality control measures and protocol before we send out our completed work. Title Surveys
We specialize in preparing Title Surveys for the purpose of home purchase and closing. At the request of the client, our work can conform to one of the various types of standards as outlined in the Texas Society of Professional Surveyors Handbook.
commercial and alta/nsps surveys
These surveys are typically a specialized order that need to conform to the strict standards of the National Society of Professional Surveyors. We are quite familiar with the standards and requirements.
topographic surveys
In many cases, land topography may be relevant for the type of project you have. We have the technology and resources needed to collect field data with both horizontal and vertical precision.
Consulting
We are able to take on land development projects that require subdivision plats, collecting and setting monuments and control, elevation certificates, construction staking, ranch and rural surveys, easement dedications, metes and bounds descriptions, and many other services to include our expert drafting services.

Reasonable Scheduling
We pride ourselves in meeting our client's timeline. However, whenever a situation arises that limits our ability to meet scheduling, we make sure to communicate with our clients what a reasonable expectation will be. We prefer truthfulness in our scheduling rather than compromising the quality of our work.
Attention To Detail
Our knowledgeable staff is experienced in the latest technology to do accurate field measurements both horizontally and vertically. Whether it's finding property corners or setting construction monuments, we will incorporate technology , knowledge, and experience to collect the necessary data.
